Our Story

I grew up on the docks of Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine, where the rhythm of the harbor and the working waterfront shaped everyday life.

My father was a lobsterman there for more than forty years, and his boat is still tied in the cove today.

Along this coast, hard work, tradition, and a deep connection to the sea have been passed down through generations. That spirit is at the heart of everything we make.

Each Real Claw is responsibly sourced from coastal lobster communities and finished by hand. No two are exactly alike.

Every piece carries its own character — a small reminder of the coast, meant to be carried year-round.

Real Claw was created to honor that way of life and to share a piece of it with others.
